The State Commandant Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps ( NSCDC ), Lagos State Command, Commandant of Corps Usman Ishaq Alfadarai, fdc, mnim, mpa, fisn, has disclosed, while addressing the management staff, at the state headquarters, Alahusa, Ikeja today, Tuesday, 25th April, 2023 that the command has deployed enough personnel across all the centres, where the Joint Admission Matriculation Board’s ( JAMB ) computer based test ( examinations ) are being taken, by qualified, candidates across the state.

The Lagos State Commandant UI Alfadarai disclosed that the command made earlier preparations, to deploy the personnel from the headquarters, divisions and area commands, for this very important national assignment, in a bid to ensure the safety and security of candidates and officials as well as the smooth conduct of the examinations, without any security threats.

The personnel have also been briefed on the modus operandi, ethics and code of conduct guiding examination security and monitoring, especially, with unbiased respect for the fundamental human rights and privileges of candidates and staff. They are expected, to also perform the duty upon till the last day of the examinations.

The Lagos State Commandant, further used the opportunity, to re-affirm the Corps’ commitment and assurances to continue to have a good working relationship, with the examination board, which has been reputable for its high preference for excellence in the past years .
